Product Description

For cases where the seating arrangements will only be known within 2 weeks of the wedding date, please submit your order 3-4 weeks in advance so the sample can be created with faux names and design, font, and color choices can be finalized and approved so that once the seating arrangements are finalized, we are able to finalize the cards.  All seating arrangements are needed at least 12 days before the date the cards are needed.

Add a stylish touch to your wedding reception with these personalized escort cards. Add any of our available designs or have a custom design created to add your unique touch to these cards.

The escort cards are 3.75″ by 1.5″ flat cards printed on any color of our available cardstocks. The cards are printed in black ink. Colored ink can be added for 20 cents per card. Printing includes the name, table number or name, and any design. Meal choice is extra. A letter or an icon for meal choice can be printed on the cards for 20 cents per card.

Ordering Process

Once your order is submitted, an electronic template of the cards (faux names will be used if the seating arrangements are not yet available) will be put together and sent back via email for approval. Please allow up to 10 business days for the electronic template to be created. Once approval is received on the electronic template, the final cards will be printed. It is recommended to submit your order at least 3-4 weeks before the date the cards are needed in order to get designs and colors chosen. All final seating arrangements are needed at least 12 days before the date the card are needed.

Shipping is a flat rate of $12.00 per order within the United States
